Food for thought

I was thinking about this yesterday while getting back home after having a heavily stuffed tummy...

While training for a client in Delhi, Shyam from GreenBooks had this experience of having burgers/sandwiches for lunch. The client had carefully thought this through while sending their team for a Train the Trainer workshop by GreenBooks and intended a light snack.

The result of having a light snack for lunch served the purpose of keeping the participants active during the post lunch session while compared to the drowsiness that comes from having a heavy buffet lunch.

Food for thought! Light lunches work best.
