Good bye 2011

2011 has been a year of new beginnings for me. It also had its share of stillness and silence. I am grateful for those moments where I needed to stare at the darkness and then be blinded by the brightness of a candle light (lol!) Yea, and also for those opportunities to laugh at myself. =)

I am blessed to have a loving and praying family. Blessed to be alive.

Ford India - ECB program finale

Ron & I were at Ford India from July through November this year for a Language & Communication program. The program was designed to equip over 35 long-term employees of the factory with skills to take up office roles. This program was successfully completed during the last week of November and all the trainees were awarded certificates.

I really admire these guys! They were literally working 7 days a week during this training phase of four months.
