Therz this person me and my friends were interacting for a long time... almost like a year. The lady happens to be an instructor at the uni. Her sessions are not exciting, she wud not know what she is talking, but end of the day... she is a good friend to all of us. Respects us like other human beings when compared to the other profs who suffer inferiority complexes =)
one fine day... we hav a storm in the class... our nice instructor is fuming... whenver we hav askd for late submissions, advancing tests...she'd respond with a smile... but this day, she is angry...and crying... ooops!
whatz happend to a relatively calm and peaceful lady today? and why didnt we see this coming??
what has happnd is that...there has been a lag in communication... our instructor has been keeping a bunch of her feelings to herself... and then one fine day... she cant handle everythng... it needs to come out.
on the other side of it... us guys who went thru the brunt of her emotions... had nothing to say.
The importance of feedbak shud never be underestimated... it brings in need for change... also serves the purpose of expression.
